After the show, Kelce admitted on his New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast that he was disappointed he didn’t get to meet her.
Rumors began circulating a few months later when Swift attended a Chiefs game in September 2023. It was later revealed that their relationship began after Swift heard Kelce’s confession about wanting to meet her.

On July 3, Swift and Kelce officially tied the knot in a ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
According to reports, the couple opted to forgo traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her “Man of Honor,” while Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, stood by his side as Best Man. Actor and comedian Adam Sandler reportedly officiated the ceremony.
A representative for Swift confirmed the news to PEOPLE, sharing a bit more details about the big day.
“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture. They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom. This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. Their shoes were custom made by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier jewelry,” the rep. said.
Among the guests were plenty of country stars including Brad Paisley, Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, and more.
Following the ceremony, the jumbotrons outside Madison Square Garden announced the newlyweds with a celebratory message reading, “JUST&T MARRIED!”
