Love Island alumni Olivia Kaiser and Theo Campbell will now be navigating parenthood with their first baby together, a boy named Atlas!
The pair, who are currently competing against each other on season 41 of The Challenge, announced on Thursday, Nov. 27, that they welcomed their baby two weeks early.
Atlas, who weighed in at 5 lbs. 5 oz and 19 inches long, was born on Nov. 20, per their Instagram announcement.
“Two weeks early and simply perfection,” the pair wrote in a caption. “Our little love is finally here, and he is the sweetest, calmest baby you’ll ever meet.”
Kaiser added, “We are so grateful and so in love. I can’t wait for this beautiful new chapter in our lives. And a huge shoutout to all the mothers out there — birth is NO JOKE. My birth story coming soon ✨.”
Kaiser and Campbell are currently finalists in season 41 of The Challenge, with fellow competitor Derek Chavez writing in the post’s comment section that Atlas was “conceived on my bday” — which was during the competition’s filming.

Campbell is also dad to son Aries, whom he welcomed with ex Sapphire Yhnell in 2021. Campbell and Kaiser first announced that Kaiser was pregnant in June.

In their latest post, the proud parents shared snaps of baby Atlas in the hospital, Campbell putting his hand next to his baby for a size comparison, the couple sharing pizza in the hospital and Campbell walking outside with their newborn in a carrier.
Other reality TV stars who congratulated the pair on the birth include Nany Carmen González, Aneesa Ferreira, Paulie Calafiore and Big Brother champ Josh Martinez.
“Welcome to world Baby Atlas!! Congratulations guys,” The Challenge alum Derrick Kosinski commented. “All the blessings! Sooo cute btw!”
“Good job olivia!!!! I cant imagine how much u went through,” Cara Maria Sorbello wrote. “Sending love for all the health and strength for you both!!!❤️”
Campbell and Kaiser met on season 40 of The Challenge as alumni of Love Island (she appeared in the U.S. version, while he was on the U.K. version of the show). The pair is currently competing against each other in the final of the show’s current season, Vets and New Threats, with different partners.
Part two is set to air on Wednesday, Dec. 3, on MTV at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
