Premiering with three episodes, “NCIS: Tony & Ziva” will release new episodes weekly until its finale on October 23. The 10-episode season follows Tony and Ziva as they raise their daughter, Tali (played by Isla Gie), while running a security firm in Paris. But their peaceful life is shattered when the company is attacked, forcing the family into a dangerous game of survival across Europe.
The trailer teases high-stakes action, emotional reunions, and that classic “will-they-won’t-they” tension that made Tiva a staple of the original series. “Returning to these roles together on screen after more than a decade has been an unforgettable journey packed with lies, spies, danger, desire… and self-driving murder cars,” Weatherly and de Pablo said in a joint statement, via Paramount+. “This is one wild ride you won’t want to miss.”
Additional cast members include Lara Rossi as Sophie, the SAS-trained nanny protecting Tali; Amita Suman as Claudette, Tony’s Chief Technical Officer; Maximilian Osinski as Boris, a Russian hacker; and James D’Arcy as Henry, a top Interpol official.
According to the series’ official summary, “Tony and Ziva must figure out who’s targeting them — and maybe even learn to trust each other again.”
Could an ‘NCIS’ Crossover Be Coming?
“NCIS” executive producer Steven D. Binder told TV Insider in May 2025 that while a crossover between the original series and the spinoff isn’t planned (yet), it’s definitely a possibility. “All the pieces are in play for something like that to happen,” he said. He also confirmed he and Weatherly have had “many conversations” over the years about keeping the Tony and Ziva storyline alive.
Until then, fans can revisit the franchise’s past and look forward to its future when “NCIS: Tony & Ziva” premieres on Paramount+ September 4.
