Are Ziva and Tony really the best NCIS relationship?

It’s undeniable that Tony and Ziva have one of the most fascinating relationships in the NCIS franchise’s history, meaningfully learning from one another to try and grow as people and how to be vulnerable with others. That being said, I still think Delilah and McGee have the best relationship of them all, because their dedication to honesty, communication and overall love really proves to be appropriately healthy and supportive, especially compared to Tony and Ziva’s years of back and forth secrets.
