The protagonist of the Lifetime movie Buried in Barstow is diner waitress Hazel King (Angie Harmon). The single mom is determined to protect her daughter Joy (Lauren Ashley Richards) “from the life she once had while defending and protecting those who can’t protect themselves.” She was a hit-woman. Or as her mentor calls her “a predator.”
Angie Harmon reunites with her Rizzoli & Isles co-star Bruce McGill who plays her sleazy mentor in the Lifetime movie, and played Vince Korsak on Rizzoli & Isles. Angie played detective Jane Rizzoli. Vince was Jane’s former/original partner and unofficial mentor and “father figure.”
